Getting ready to list

Each home and selling situation is unique and special, so we work with clients to prepare a listing strategy that is right for them.

We know how important setting a listing price is in selling a home, so we use market data and Compass resources to analyze the market and determine the most beneficial list price.

We work with each client individually to assess what projects and staging need to be done before hitting the market. We use a hands-on approach to help ensure each home is ready for potential buyers.

Photography & Marketing

Telling the story of your home and getting as many eyes on it as possible is key. We make sure to get in as many interested buyers as possible through photos, videos, open houses, and appointments. We use social media and digital marketing to spread the word and reach potential buyers.

Securing the deal

Once a buyer is secured, we continue to represent our seller through negotiations, inspections, and closing. Throughout the entire process, we keep our clients goals at the forefront of all decisions and we work collaboratively to reach those goals.
